Our mind is busy observing, knowing, thinking, feeling, reasoning, remembering, imagining, wishing, judging and in lots of such activities. All these processes controls your life throughout.
Our day to day life is so much engrossed into various activities such that it is difficult to control our mind and instead our mind controls us.
We all possess inner powers but they are often in a dormant state. In order to awaken these inner powers we need to train our mind using three principles: concentration, willpower and self-discipline.
Studying for exams in order to shape your future, working for a corporate, handling a business empire, creating content for entertainment and what not. The mind is a constantly working part of the body that too needs rest at certain point of time. It becomes necessary to make a peace from the hustle and do whatever makes you feel better.
For me its mountains where I felt I was alive. I like mountains because they help me sort out whats important in life. It was never being on the top and watching each and everything is small for me. Rather it is always standing down and feeling small while trying to reach at the top. The best thing about mountains is that when you reach the top, it gives you a feeling of achievement and its wild enough to let it be. I was at peace.
A peaceful mind is a blissful mind. It is free from the compulsion of the incessant of restless thinking and worrying. When thoughts do not disturb the tranquility of mind, you experience inner happiness.
